What skills and experience we're looking for

Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT) and Thorpedene Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Cover Supervisor to join our support team. The successful applicant will be based across all Key Stages, and a strong passion is required. The successful applicant must be highly dependable, empathetic, and have a professional outlook. There is a need to have excellent behaviour management abilities, to remain calm in difficult situations, as well as to be diplomatic, relatable, personable, and compassionate.
