North Oxfordshire Academy is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to join its dedicated team, offering an excellent opportunity for professional development within a supportive Trust environment.
This role is ideal for individuals aspiring to become teachers or seeking to enhance their experience in an educational support capacity, as the successful candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure effective learning continues in the absence of regular teachers.
Cover supervisors play an integral role in supervising classes when a member of teaching staff is absent. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong dedication to student success and engagement, showcasing excellent communication skills that foster a positive learning environment and elevate educational standards.
