What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a full time (30.5 hours), suitably qualified Cover Supervisor responsible for class supervision whilst students undertake set work. This role would suit a graduate or someone with experience of working with young people in a secondary school context. You will need to be:
- able to promote a positive ethos and to role model positive attributes;
- able to motivate and engage young people;
- calm, resilient, approachable and professional.
