We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, capable and innovative Cover Supervisor, with a proven commitment to inclusive and inspiring teaching and learning, where each and every child is supported and challenged to succeed. The post represents an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and ambitious Academy working within the Ted Wragg Multi-Academy Trust.
You will have a good level of English and Maths, as well as experience of working with groups of students, ideally in a school setting. You will be a resourceful and flexible person with a positive mind set, with the ability to inspire students and remain calm under pressure. You will need to have high expectations of the students and yourself and be self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an effective team member.
