What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an individual who is able to work as a part of a friendly and effective team to support our students as a Cover Supervisor. Your main task will be to supervise students working when a colleague is not in college.
You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in literacy and numeracy, with experience of dealing with young people. Experience of supporting students within an educational setting would be an advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to gain teaching experience in a classroom environment and we welcome applications from those who may be seeking this experience.
