What skills and experience we're looking for
This role would be suitable for a graduate or someone considering a career in teaching as you will be able to build positive relationships with students and gain valuable classroom experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering lessons when the normal classroom teacher is unavailable. Whilst covering a lesson, you will need to manage any student behaviour within the classroom and provide a safe, nurturing environment for students to learn.
