Bexton Primary School and Nursery is a wonderful place to work. Located in the historic market town of Knutsford, our vibrant two-form entry primary school is easily accessible via several motorway networks.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Grade 6 Cover Supervisor and Intervention Support Teaching Assistant. In this key role, you will provide high-quality support across the school, including:

• Covering planned and unplanned teacher absences by delivering lessons in line with the curriculum and school policies.
• Supporting English and Maths interventions for children across the primary phase.
• Promoting high standards of achievement and fostering a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will work flexibly across all year groups, from Nursery to Year 6, supporting children of varying abilities, including those with special educational needs.

We are looking for:

• An enthusiastic team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Someone who holds high expectations for all children and is committed to their success.
• A flexible, adaptable individual who is happy to teach all classes and subjects.

This is a 32.5 hours per week role, during 39 term-time weeks per year.
