The role

North Oxfordshire Academy are seeking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated Cover Supervisor with a real passion for learning and teaching, to join our team from September 2023. The role is 37.5 hours a week 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday, Term time only. 9am - 3pm and part time options will be considered, please contact us to discuss.

Cover supervisors play an integral role in supervising classes when a member of teaching staff is absent. The role involves ensuring cover work is carried out by students alongside classroom management. Cover supervisors also carry out general administration work when not on cover, and work throughout the school.

This role is the perfect stepping stone for someone who is considering teaching and wants experience in a supportive and friendly school.
