Cover Supervisor job summary

The successful candidate will:

- ·      -         have excellent communication and organisational skills
·          be able to work on their own initiative and be determined to succeed
·          be motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
·          have experience of working with children and families in a school setting
·          be passionate about making a real difference to the lives of our children and their families
·         build positive relationships with the children
·          fully support the school’s inclusive ethos
·         put the children at the forefront of everything that they do
·         have experience of working in a primary classroom
·         be willing to cover lessons in all primary years from Early Years to Year 6
·         be prepared to undertake relevant training, including safeguarding
