  • Learning support or cover supervisor

• Working pattern: Part time: 37 hours per week, 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday, 39 worked weeks (38 term time plus 1 week INSET)
• Contract type: Permanent
• Actual salary: £20,437 - £22,221
• Pay scale: BS Grade 6, point 6-11

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics (GCSE level 4 or above or equivalent).
  
• Ability to apply behaviour management policies and strategies which contribute to a purposeful learning environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IT literate.
• Must have the ability to work calmly under pressure and have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances/situations.
