Pontefract Academies Trust is a cross phase Multi Academy Trust, comprising of eight schools, six primary schools and two 11 – 16 secondary schools. The Trust is a medium sized family of schools all located within a tight geographic hub within Pontefract. Students are drawn from the local community that includes a mix of different catchment areas.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Cover Supervisor to join the team at Carleton High School. The candidate will provide classroom supervision for pupils where colleagues are absent from duty. They will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities, and maintain accurate records in the teachers absence.
This post is a 32.5 hours per week, term time plus two, permanent contract, equating to 192 working days per annum.
