What skills and experience we're looking for
Communicating, working effectively and respectfully within a school environment.
Highly organised and self-motivated with ability to manage time to ensure deadlines are met
ICT skills
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Supervisor student learning by delivering cover work that has been set.
Manage behaviour of students, respond to questions and generally assist students
Provide feedback to students in relation to progress and achievement.
Ensure all work is collected and returned to the classroom teacher
Work and liaise with TA who may be supporting
Provide additional support to identified classes during times when cover lessons have not been allocated
