Salary: Ark Band 6 – (£24,702 - £26,421 FTE)

We are now looking for a Cover Supervisor who is a resilient and enthusiastic practitioner who is able to supervise whole classes (N-Y6) including delivering teachers’ planning, implementation of work programmes, marking, managing student behaviour and assisting students with relevant activities.
Applicants should be experienced in working within a school, have good, proven interpersonal skills, a confident and professional manner, very good literacy and numeracy skills and suitable skills or experience.
You will share Ark Ayrton’s ethos, and believe in the potential of every child and be committed to Ark’s ethos of high expectations and no excuses.
Our ideal candidate will:
· Hold Mathematics and English GCE to Grade C or above
· A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification
· Qualified to degree level (desirable)
· Right to work in UK.
· Have experience of leading whole class learning
· Have experience of working with children with challenging behaviour
