COVER SUPERVISOR – PART TIME – 3 Days per week (Tues- Thursday) 08:15-15:45

REQUIRED – September 2024

TERM TIME plus 3 days INSET

Contract term: Permanent H6 £28,322 pa (pro-rata) incl fringe allowance £13,799

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and reliable Cover Supervisor to supervise classes when the subject teacher is absent. The role involves explaining the work set and providing support for the students so that they can continue learning during the teacher’s absence.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or the equivalent)- ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent English speaking skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong communication skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience of working with 11-16 year olds within an education environment is desirable.

Shortlisting will take place thereafter and interview date tbc.
