THE ROLE
We wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our Cover Team to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include the supervision of classes when teachers are absent and to carry out other supervision duties such as form time, break/lunch supervision and administrative tasks as required.
Applicants must be adaptable and resilient with good interpersonal skills. The ability to gain the respect of students is essential. Applicants should ideally have had previous experience of working with young people between the ages of 11 to 16.
The Academy is committed to safeguarding and prompting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and all necessary safeguarding checks before employment commences.
