Cover Supervisor job summary
Faringdon Community College is seeking to appoint a motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic and passionate individual as a Cover Supervisor, to support students during the planned and unplanned absences of the teachers, to support teaching staff with administrative tasks when not needed to supervise and to invigilate during internal exams and assessments.
This position is an essential support role, suited for someone with energy, enthusiasm and the ability to engage and motivate students, and will have the ability to build effective working relationships with young people, to support their learning in the classroom environment. The post involves working closely alongside teaching staff, from various departments, implementing work set by the absent teachers and providing feedback. Also providing support when not required to cover lessons.
