The successful candidate will need to evidence their experience of liaising with a variety of people from young people to other professionals, working as part of a team and problem solving in challenging circumstances.
Candidates should pay attention to the job description/person specification and explain within their application how they meet the criteria, whilst also describing what they will bring to the post from their own knowledge and experience.
The role will be based at Lees Brook Academy but the post holder may at any time be required to support or work at any of the sites within Archway Learning Trust.

At Lees Brook, we believe how we learn is as important as what we learn and the kind of person we each become matters as much as what we achieve. The way in which we deal with other people matters, so we should always treat other people as we would wish to be treated and we learn from our mistakes as well as our successes.

Our safe, successful and positive learning community ensures that every student is able to fulfil their potential; but more than that, to also become well rounded young people who will go on and thrive in the world of work.
