What skills and experience we're looking for

Hetton Academy is at an exciting stage in it's journey since becoming part of the Trust. We recently celebrated our best ever set of exam results and have undergone rapid transformation in all areas. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and experienced practitioners who can add significant value to our academy. The successful candidate will:

Work under the guidance of teaching staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programs with individuals/groups in or out of the classroom, managing student behaviour and supervising whole classes during the short term absence of teachers.
