Cover Supervisor job summary

The post offers an exciting opportunity for the right applicant.  The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled cover supervisor to take part in the day to day cover requirements.  The cover supervisor provides support for pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.  In the classroom setting, the cover supervisor will also manager pupils’ behaviour, help them with their work, deal with immediate problems or emergencies, collect completed work and report back as required.

The successful applicants will be well organised, have good interpersonal skills, and be prepared to work as part of a team.
