Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? Iceni Academy is looking for a Cover Supervisor who strives to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and has a passion for supporting teaching and learning by establishing supportive relationships with students, helping to raise their self-esteem and develop a positive attitude to learning within a secondary Academy. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
The rose will be to supervise and instruct whole classes during the absence of Teachers and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and able to use their own initiative. Previous experience in a relatable role within an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths and for you to meet Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualifications or experience.
