Cover Supervisor job summary

The Academy of Lincoln Trust is looking for a professional Cover Supervisor with good interpersonal and behaviour management skills based at Lincoln Castle Academy.

The role involves delivering effective, engaging lessons to students based on lesson plans and materials provided by absent classroom teachers.

You will also be expected to contribute to the behavioural philosophy of the academy, cultivating a safe and respectful learning environment.

This is a permanent position
Salary Grade: SCP5 £18,795 pro rata
Hours of work: Term-time only 39 working weeks per year and 44.28 weeks are paid per year
