The role
Hours of work: 19.5 hours per week, Term Time only
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: United Learning Pay Scale, Band 1 Support – starting salary £10,930 p/a

We are looking to recruit a committed Cover Supervisor to join our growing team and assist in covering a range of lessons across the school. When teachers are absent, they will set work for their classes to complete. We are looking for someone who can help and support in the delivery of these lessons. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant. You will need to be pro-active, organised, enthusiastic and able to use your initiative. As part of a small and growing team, a willingness to be flexible and develop as a professional are essential attributes. This position is well suited to someone thinking about pursuing a career in teaching and who wishes to gain some further experience before doing so.
