What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to undertake whole class supervision in the absence of the class teacher, to ensure that cover lessons are purposeful, well ordered and productive. We have Ofsted ‘good’ status and have a committed and hardworking team of staff.
The successful applicant will possess good numeracy and literacy (Grade C) and also possess ICT skills. They will be able to interpret a range of curriculum information to support learning within the classroom. Experience of working with children, and in a role which requires good organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to relate well to young people.
