Cover Supervisor job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Cover Supervisor to join a small, supportive team who work closely with the teaching staff to deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects. Prior experience is not required however, experience of working with young people in an educational setting would be an advantage. We are fully committed to on-going continuous professional development and, along with excellent in-house CPD, can offer an extremely supportive and positive atmosphere to work in.

Ormiston Endeavour Academy is an 11-16 secondary Academy situated in north-east Ipswich. As an Academy which has seen significant growth over the last two academic years, we take pride in the high levels of support, care and challenge we offer all of our students. Endeavour students are warm, welcoming and willing to push themselves to succeed.
