What skills and experience we're looking for
Paignton Academy are seeking a Cover Supervisor on a fixed term basis (until August 2025) to join our team working across our sites at Borough Road and Waterleat Road. We are looking for a candidate who is keen, motivated and able to cover lessons in a teacher’s absence and/or complement the work by planning, preparing and delivering learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
The successful candidate will have proven school experience of working with children or young people, and will be able to demonstrate commitment and expertise in improving educational outcomes. The ability to teach across a number of curriculum areas would be advantageous.
