What skills and experience we're looking for
Beacon Hill Academy is looking to appoint an exceptional individual to supervise learners who are temporarily not working to a normal timetable. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will establish productive working relationships with learners, setting high expectations in line with the Trust agreed policies specifically in relation to behaviour for learning.
The role includes supporting the learners in accessing of a programme of study provided by teaching staff, ensuring good conduct and keeping the learners on task.

Dudley Academies Trust was formed in September 2017 under the sponsorship of Dudley College of Technology. Our Trust schools are St James Academy, The Link Academy, Pegasus Academy, Beacon Hill Academy, Blowers Green Primary and Kate’s Hill Primary. The Trust when combined with the sponsor, annually supports 8,500 young people aged 4 to 19 years old and employs almost 1,300 staff.
You will be joining the Trust at an exciting time as we are continuing our journey to provide a first-class education for the young people of Dudley, with outstanding teaching and learning being the Trust’s foremost priority.
