What skills and experience we're looking for

About You:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will bring your dedication to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring that students continue to receive quality education even in the absence of their regular teachers. Our ideal candidate would:

  • Have experience of effective delivery of specific areas of the curriculum to individuals and in small groups.
  • Have experience of working to support children’s learning in an educational setting.
  • Be resilient, adaptable, motivated and remain calm under pressure.
  • Be able to build effective relationships with students and staff.
