We want our staff to enjoy their work and really see the value in what they do. In return we seek every opportunity to develop staff. The Hayfield School is a great place to work where all colleagues are supported and valued, parents are supportive and the pupils are so eager to achieve. We do have a track record of excellent outcomes but we are not resting on our laurels. Indeed, we are embracing a changing educational landscape.
The school is situated in Auckley near Robin Hood Airport. It is a lovely part of Doncaster and really easy to get to and from. Our staff come from as far away as North Leeds, Sheffield, Scunthorpe and Nottinghamshire. It really is worth the journey.
