Cover Supervisor job summary
Robert Smyth Academy are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Cover Supervisor to cover teachers who are on short term absence in Year 7 to Year 13 lessons.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible and have the ability to maintain a productive classroom environment to progress learning in the teachers' absence. The role is on a temporary basis but has the possibility to become permanent.

Robert Smyth is in the leafy town of Market Harborough, south of Leicester which has seen considerable growth lately. The school is expanding and is building an additional science block with 11 classrooms and catering facility. Last January saw the opening of a new purpose built facility for children with Special Educational Needs. Our reputation has meant that we have been oversubscribed for the past few years and this is down to the dedication of our staff.
