Cover Supervisor job summary
Cover Supervisor including Homework Club Supervisor
You will supervise students for absent teachers, undertaking work which has been set for them. You willneed to manage student behaviour and deal promptly with conflict and incidents in line with College policy.
You need to be able to motivate and inspire students. Previous experience working with young people would be an advantage.

Grade 4 Pt 9: Hourly rate £10.84

Thurston Community College is a large popular mixed comprehensive school. It comprises of two distinct and specialist sites. Our Thurston Campus, for students from Year 7 to Year 11 is situated four miles east of Bury St Edmunds. Thurston Sixth; Beyton Campus is located in the nearby village of Beyton, offering a bespoke centre of excellence for students in Year 12 and Year 13.
