What skills and experience we're looking for

About The Role:

Truro and Penwith Academy trust, together with the Local Monitoring Committee of Trewirgie Infant School are seeking to appoint a class cover supervisor to work predominantly every Friday during term time to cover PPA time. There will be other opportunities to cover other classes as and when needed.

This is an exciting role to cover a class of children to keep them engaged and continue with their learning. We look forward to a supervisor who can maintain a calm and positive learning environment.

This role can be done alongside our currently advertisedStudent Welfare Officer and DDSLrole.

This vital role requires an individual with a genuinelycalm demeanourto maintain a settled and productive classroom environment.The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment topositive engagement,including maintaining a supportive atmosphere where children feel encouraged and valued.Crucially,the school is looking for someone who isadaptable and flexibleto respond effectively to the diverse needs of the class,ensuring they can activelyhelp pupils of all abilitiesto thrive and achieve their potential.
