What skills and experience we're looking for
Applications are invited from charismatic, creative and enthusiastic candidates for this exciting, and rewarding post to supervise classes as they undertake work set in the short-term absence of the class teacher. You will be working with an experienced and outstanding cover teacher already in post. This is a great position for a qualified teacher not yet ready to commit to a departmental teaching post or looking to move from primary to secondary education or an individual without teaching qualifications looking to move into education or teaching. We particularly encourage applications from under-represented groups, as we seek to ensure our staff body reflects the diversity of our student population. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside school staff, to be trained in supervisory skills and to develop these skills in the management of school classes.
