Cover Supervisor job summary
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic individual to provide supervision of students in the absence of teaching staff. This role supports our talented staff at Key Stage 3 and 4 in managing the behaviour, learning and welfare of the students. We seek a confident and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a commitment to helping each student achieve their full potential alongside maintaining an effective and engaging learning environment. The ability to build strong working relationships at all levels is essential for this role.
