  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team • Enthusiasm for school and a passion for working with children
  • High expectations of behaviour and attitudes to learning
  • In-depth knowledge of EYFS Statutory Framework
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum across Key Stages 1 and 2.
