What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will:

Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent;
NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualifications or experience;
Will have considerable experience of working within an Academy or equivalent including experience of working as a Teaching Assistant;
Ability to work on own initiative and be able to respond independently to unexpected challenges;
Love encouraging, motivating and inspiring young children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning;
Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Whitcliffe Mount:
Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
