What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for creative, motivated and excellent Cover Supervisor who would relish the opportunity to join our innovative team. You will be fundamental in contributing to this vibrant local community within the Local Authority’s first all-through school for children and young people aged 3 to 19 in South London.

We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious cover supervisor who:

  • has the ability to work constructively as part of a team;
  • has experience of whole class teaching;
  • is committed to maximising the academic, personal, social and emotional development of all pupils;
  • has a willingness to accept change and adapt to an environment that is still growing;
  • is willing to teach and support in all areas of curriculum;
  • experienced in the use of high-quality teaching to ensure the effective inclusion of all pupil in a mixed ability setting;
  • has strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
