What skills and experience we're looking for
QTS essential
Degree in a relevant subject- essential
GCSE English & maths Grade C or above essential
Experience of supporting the social, emotional and educational development of students
Proven success in improving student outcomes
Ability to teach ‘good or outstanding’ lessons
Effective behaviour management skills
Effective use of assessment date to inform appropriate teaching and learning and raise standards
Ability to encourage students in developing self esteem and respect for others
Knowledge of and/or ability to use technology to support student learning
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, parents and students

Danetre and Southbrook learning Village (DSLV)
