We are looking to appoint a dynamic, driven and ambitious leader of Physical Education to take students to the next level of participation and attainment within a very high-attaining school. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop a teaching team innovatively and creatively within the context of a passion for sport for all.
Essential educational requirements
All applicants should have a good undergraduate degree and be a fully qualified teacher.
All applicants should have a Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths. A PGCE (or QTS) qualification is also required.
Essential skills and experience
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner in Physical Education with a proven track record of progress and attainment. Ideally, the successful candidate will have leadership and management experience in this area and will be looking to take on additional responsibility.
