What skills and experience we're looking for
We’re looking for a creative and inspirational leader, with excellent understanding of curriculum development, and a proven track record of gaining excellent results, to lead our science team, which has gone from strength to strength in recent years.
This is a critical leadership role in our
school and offers the successful candidate the chance to take an influential
role in developing whole school strategy, contributing to the wider teaching
and learning agenda, as well as leading the science team. We are looking to appoint an
outstanding teacher and leader, who possesses the ability, drive and desire to:
- Implement a high-quality curriculum
- Lead by example in developing learning and teaching
- Take a highly visible and key role within the school
- Help lead, motivate and develop an effective team of science teachers
- Make a difference to the life chances of all our students
