We are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher / Instructor to lead our curriculum enhancement programme. The successful candidate will plan our Primary curriculum enhancement; plan, organise and lead the Secondary CE curriculum and activities, plan and organise Year Group Camps and end of year Project weeks across the school. They will also lead a small team of support staff to assist with the activities we offer. The ideal candidate will have experience of and / or an aptitude for working with pupils with SEMH. The successful candidate will be innovative and flexible in their approaches to learning.


Bure Park Specialist Academy is a residential SEMH Academy for boys from Year 2 through to Year 11. The multi-disciplinary team consists of Care Staff, Teachers and TAs who facilitate the Academy’s aims of re-integrating pupils into their home environment and when appropriate mainstream school. Pupils arrive at the school with disrupted educational experiences and complex difficulties and our team is responsible for ensuring that they leave with superb outcomes academically, socially and behaviourally.
