The Role
As a Key Stage Curriculum Lead, you’ll provide challenging leadership of English at a Key Stage level, in part by demonstrating high quality teaching that ensures all students achieve results in line with, or better than, value-added predictions. The successful applicant should be a resilient and driven individual who can work effectively in a team.

“Staff comment positively about the high-quality training and support they receive which has helped them to improve their teaching skills.” Ofsted May 2017.
Ark knows it’s our staff who really transform pupils’ lives. We want you to be the very best you can be. We offer twice the standard number of training days throughout the year and double the number of inset days in comparison to non-Ark academies. Also you will receive dedicated co-planning time twice a week along with high quality training from the Ark Network throughout the year.
The Individual
You are someone who understands the difference a great education can make to pupils lives as you are a great role model not only for them but other teachers too. You are educated to a degree level or above and have experience in delivering consistently outstanding lessons to pupils of all ages and abilities. You enjoy being part of a great team and you have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
