Curriculum Leader Business Studies job summary
The Directors and Governors of this highly successful Catholic Academy, a member of the Carmel Education Trust, wish to appoint a Curriculum Leader for Business Studies.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher and leader who would relish the opportunity to teach in and develop our Business Studies department. We seek to nurture and develop enterprise and innovation in our students and you will share our enthusiasm to develop these qualities through both the curriculum and extra curricular opportunities linked to business. Utilising your skills and expertise and our support we want to see this department grow and develop within our college and for students to be inspired to opt for Business at KS4 and 5.
Carmel College is recognised by Ofsted as Outstanding in all areas and holds a number of nationally recognised awards including: Inclusive School Award, Arts Mark, Confucius Classroom and International School Award. Carmel College is proud to be a Teaching School, offering support and training for leaders across the region including Initial Teacher Training regionally, a Science Learning Partnership, the Archimedes Maths Hub & a World Class School.
