What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Curriculum Leader of Computing. This is an exciting time in the department’s development, providing a great opportunity to enhance teaching practice and implement a Computing curriculum that empowers and inspires our students. The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner who is passionate about teaching and learning.
Applicants will:
- Be passionate about teaching and encouraging students to foster a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom.
- Be optimistic and committed to establishing high expectations.
- Have proven ability to raise levels of progress and attainment with all students in both key stages.
- Be an advocate of all students feeling valued, safe and happy.
- Value the importance of professional learning, with experience of developing the potential of other teachers as well as being committed to develop their own leadership potential.
