What skills and experience we're looking for
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
- An ability to deliver consistently high quality of teaching, learning and assessment across Key Stages 3, 4 and possibly 5
- A proven track record or the potential to secure excellent student outcomes in Drama GCSE examinations
- A commitment to championing our students to ensure that regardless of their starting point, they are able to make excellent progress
- A commitment to developing curriculum and enrichment activities within the Drama department and Performing Arts team
- Will raise the profile of Drama across the school and the wider community
