As a trust we are excited to have been chosen by Leeds City Council as their approved sponsor to open a new secondary school to support the increasing population of the city.

You will be an excellent practitioner with a track record in securing strong outcomes and in supporting and coaching others in achieving this; our ideal candidate will be an effective leader, committed to inspiring both students and staff to reach their potential.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of the school’s journey, from the very start.

What we can offer:

- Full support from a dedicated team of senior leaders from around the trust

- Career progression and cross-trust working

- An excellent CPD package for all staff, including a further comprehensive programme of professional development provided through the Trinity Teaching School Alliance and West Yorkshire Maths Hub

- A range of staff benefits, including a Cycle to Work scheme, reduced cost health cover and confidential counselling sevice.

You must be fully committed to optimising the opportunities that are available to children and young people, secure in the knowledge that you will be joining an ambitious, forward-thinking Academy Trust that sets the standards for our family of schools and academies.

We will be running a recruitment evening on Wednesday 13 January 2021 from 4pm where you will be able to hear more about our exciting new school, meet members of the senior leadership team and learn more about the roles available. About Trinity Multi Academy Trust

Type
Multi-academy trust

Trinity Multi Academy Trust (MAT) was formed in 2015. A Church of England Trust, we welcome schools of all faiths and none. We believe that every child can succeed, and having proved what works in our flagship academy, we focus on transforming struggling schools into places where children love learning and teachers teach with passion. We control our growth with care so that every new member school receives the maximum benefits. Today, the MAT embraces one sixth form, three secondary and three primary academies. Two brand new secondary schools will join us in 2021 as Trinity Academy Barnsley and Trinity Academy Leeds. Although every Trinity MAT academy is united by common values and a commitment to teaching and learning excellence, each one is also a unique part of its local community, with its own distinct character.
