Curriculum Leader - Modern Foreign Languages (French and Spanish) job summary
We seek to appoint an experienced and exceptional linguist competent in both French and Spanish with the leadership qualities, management skills and drive necessary to contribute to leading the further development of Modern Foreign Languages at the Academy. This new role is central to our aim of becoming a securely outstanding school and is to commence in September 2021. In September the MFL Department will consist of 3 teachers of which there is a Subject Leader for Spanish. The position of Curriculum Leader has been created further to the recent resignation of the Subject Leader - French following maternity leave. The department is expanding as more pupils are opting to study languages and we offer both French and Spanish along with teaching languages in KS2 of our Primary Phase.
