Are you a passionate Head of PSHE looking for a new challenge? Or are you an experienced PSHE teacher ready to take on a leadership role? The Romsey School is seeking a dedicated Head of PSHE to inspire and guide students in developing essential life skills and values.

Within this role we are excited to share that we are expanding our whole school curriculum by offering Health and Social Care at GCSE level. Do you already teach in this subject area or are you willing to learn and be proactive in launching this new course?

The Role
As Head of PSHE at Romsey, you will:

  • Lead and develop the PSHE curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
  • Lead and develop the PSHE curriculum across our tutor and assembly programme
  • Inspire students as a Head of PSHE, ensuring they develop emotional well-being, resilience, and a strong understanding of social issues.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support the wider Humanities Faculty.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Play a crucial role in shaping responsible and informed citizens.
