What skills and experience we're looking for
- Essential
- Motivation to work with children and young people.
- Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
- Good Numeracy/literacy skills
- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding Academy roles & responsibilities and your own position within these
- A knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people
- Desirable
- Previous experience of working in an Academy / School environment
- Knowledge of relevant polices/codes of practice & awareness of relevant legislation
- Arranging both internal and external events e.g. Parents Evenings / Training courses
