What skills and experience we're looking for

Have the ability to:

Provide for the learning experiences of pupils in and beyond the classroom.

Lead a team of colleagues in developing the highest quality teaching and learning strategies.

Develop strategies to put agreed policy into practice.

Line manage key personnel.

Participate in the Performance Management process as directed by the Headteacher.

Develop, maintain and control financial and physical resources in the subject area.

Be prepared to contribute towards a Great Curriculum, establish Great Learning and build a culture of Great Professionalism and Great Partnerships, all in a caring, supportive Christian Ethos.
