Redland Green School is in search of an accomplished and enthusiastic Curriculum Team Leader for Modern Foreign Languages, demonstrating a dedication to achieving exceptional results for our students. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of teaching experience and expertise, capable of guiding a diverse team of professionals towards continual enhancement of academic performance within our school.

Taking charge of the faculty spanning the 11-16 school and the post-16 learning community at Redland Green School, the post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a broad and well-rounded curriculum. The post-holder will also play a pivotal role in highlighting the relationship between Modern Foreign Languages and future career prospects. The role entails managing and deploying teaching and support staff, alongside financial and material resources, within the department.
